Borgo Musolesi is a group of stone houses in a hamlet of San Benedetto Val di Sambro, recently renovated. The village is no longer what it used to be, it is no longer so "ancient", it has changed: the houses, the streets, the people, especially the world around them, the life have changed - they say what they tell - today is certainly better of a time. Musolesi, in the imagination of those who have found their roots here, however, remains a microcosm of its own: a place of childhood and youth, the place of carefree games as children, when huts were still built, at noon we went to take the water at the source, and we would run behind with the nettles, then jump the walls. A village not only to remember, but also to live.
In the afternoon, in the village, the elders used to spend hours chatting, sitting on a simple beam in the large barnyard below, where the wheat was beaten. Words in freedom that were also heard by the other inhabitants of the village, in the houses or under the little porticos, which somehow participated in this way, listening, to the conversation.
